In the app, open your profile menu, choose Account & billing, then Manage subscription. That opens your billing page in the browser. Click Manage Subscription there to reach Stripe, where you can cancel, update your card and see invoices.
After you cancel, you keep your plan until the date shown as Access until. Your characters stay yours.
